Improvement Grants

Within the borders area The Local Authority may provide grant assistance towards essential improvement works to bring a dwelling up to the`tolerable standard`. If your house is damp or lacks one or more of the standard amenities it may qualify for grant assistance of 50% or more towards the cost of construction works and our professional fees.

We will inspect your house and can advise on the availability of grant aid.
