Richard Amos has over 30 years experience in the building industry. Initially from an Architectural background, 6 years with a private Architect, 10 years with the Local Authority Building Control Department and over 20 years in private practice as a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Richard Amos Ltd provide Building Surveying, CDM Co-ordinator, Energy Performance Certificates, Home Reports, Fire Risk Assessment, Creative Building Design and a full Architectural service from project inception to completion.

The company operates from offices in Duns and Dunbar primarily covering the Borders and East Lothian. We have a solid client base working for Housing Associations, Estate owners, businesses and many private individuals.
